**1. Prioritise **
List out the things that you need to accomplish in order of importance. It get’s easier for you to finish it one by one. Every day write down the top 10 things that you want to finish that day and work accordingly.
2. Manage time
Tardiness is never appreciated, on the contrary leaving work on time is not appreciated as much as it should be. Leave work on time everyday. Finish everything in the stipulated hours and do not carry work back home.
3. Be a smart worker
It pays to be a smart worker, learn to say NO. You don’t have to be rude, decline politely when people ask you to complete tasks that are not in your scope. When you start saying NO, you will find more time to focus on yourself and the quality of your work would increase accordingly.
4. Make it a point to socialise
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! Work hard and party harder, don’t give up on opportunities to network with others, Make plans with friends and family and stick to the plans.
5. Invest in “me” time
Make time for yourself, indulge in activities that interest you. Read a book, paint something, draw yourself a bubble bath or simply stay at home and watch marathons of your favourite TV shows. It is important in spending time by yourself in order to stay calm and clear.
